what is ryanhub.org?

ryanhub is an online remote storage and manager for git repositories
it is also my personal website and host for my dev tools and ocasional ramblings, see blog.

this site was developed fully solo and from scratch as a way for me to practice PHP around june 2025
everything here is strictly LAMP stack, there is no javascript anywhere (for some reason idk)

ryanhub lives on a very cute HP-Pro-Desk running Ubuntu server in my college dorm room
i use a Cloudflare tunnel to connect to the wider internet

the code is at this point not open source
while i am confident that ryanhub.org is secure and written using all the best practices...
i am not a security professional and i see no reason to push my luck
of course this is subject to change but not today, and probably not tommorow either

development of ryanhub is a hobby so features are coming and going in their own time, see status.
i really enjoy building out my little decentralized corner of the internet so expect more to come
