Read `goal.md`. Find target companies or search by role.

## Finding boards

- Direct: `https://boards.greenhouse.io/{company}`
- Search: `site:boards.greenhouse.io {keywords}`

## Steps

1. Open board or search results.
2. List roles matching goal.md.
3. Open postings; capture title, location, description, apply link.
4. Run `scripts/new_lead.py` (dedupes URL), fill body, assess fit, sync indexes.
