## Before you start

Read `goal.md`; craft search from target roles + hiring signals.

## Steps

1. Log in via Playwright MCP if needed.
2. Search; scan recent posts.
3. Follow links to careers pages or Greenhouse/Lever boards.
4. Capture **final job URL**, not tweet URL.
5. Run `scripts/new_lead.py` (dedupes URL), fill body, assess fit, sync indexes.

- Tweet: `[data-testid="tweet"]`, text: `[data-testid="tweetText"]`

## Notes

Most posts are noise. Prioritize links to real job descriptions.
